I believe every therapeutic relationship is unique, and I do not take for granted the trust it takes for someone to share their inner world with another person.

I grew up in a culture that values "Yuanfen" (緣分), a concept that reflects the meaningful connections and encounters we experience throughout life. This perspective deeply shapes how I approach therapy. It is an honor to accompany individuals through periods of healing, self-discovery, and growth.

In therapy, I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and affirming. I view people within the broader context of their lived experiences, including the cultural, relational, systemic, and intersectional factors that shape how they understand themselves and navigate the world.

I believe individuals are the experts of their own lives. Rather than positioning myself as someone who "has the answers," I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, and identify meaningful directions for change. My therapeutic style is grounded in curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and respect for each person's pace and experiences.

Integrative & Relational Approach

Drawing on relational, somatic, and culturally responsive frameworks, I work collaboratively to explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, and identify meaningful directions for change.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)

A structured approach to processing traumatic memories and reducing their emotional charge, helping the mind and body integrate difficult experiences.

Clinical EFT / Tapping

Emotional Freedom Techniques combine gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused attention to support emotional processing and regulation.

Mindfulness & Body Awareness

Incorporating grounding, mindfulness, and body-based awareness into therapy to support emotional regulation and present-moment connection.

「相逢即是有緣」這句話,是我在與人相處時很努力奉行的一個觀點。進到諮商室裡,將自己的內在世界分享給另一個人,本身並不是一件容易的事。有時,它甚至違反了我們在受傷或覺得脆弱時想躲起來的念頭。而被允許陪伴一個人走過療癒、自我理解與成長的過程,對我而言是一件很珍貴的事情。

在諮商過程中,我會嘗試著與案主一起建立一個安全、而且可以做自己的空間。我們每個人的家庭、關係、社會環境、文化背景,以及不同身份經驗,都會影響著我們如何理解自己,以及如何與他人相處。

在諮商室裡,我相信案主比任何人都還要了解自己的生命,以及自己想要前往的方向。我也相信,只有案主最清楚事情背後的脈絡,以及為何有些在外人眼中看似直白的答案對自己並非最優解。因此,我希望能提供一個安全的空間,與案主一起探索與整理內在經驗,理解過去的經驗如何形塑現在的情感、關係與行為模式,並在這樣的理解之中,慢慢產生療癒與改變。

I have particular experience working with international students, immigrants, Asian and Asian American individuals, LGBTQ+ populations, and individuals from historically marginalized or underserved communities.
